Donations to Bethany Lutheran Church

1950-1953: Sanctuary runner (red carpet) donated by Young People’s group.

1963: The church bell was bought for $200.00 and donated by Mrs. Matilda Jensen.

1965: An electric organ was donated by Ivan and Boyd Nyborg.

1980: Pastor Harald Neilsen donated a baptismal pitcher.

1984: A new organ was purchased. Some monies used for the purchase were donated by Dorrice Jensen’s family.

          Pastor’s chair donated in memory of Villy Pedersen by family.

          Stain glass window (Doves) over front entrance doors donated by Mr. and Mrs. Gunnar Andersen’s family. It was made by
           Randi Andersen.

1985: Torvald Jensen donated monies to Bethany Lutheran Church. As a result, numerous church upgrades were completed. A
          donation was also made to a member attending seminary.

1986: New front doors were donated in memory of Knud Neilsen by Hedvig Neilsen.

1987: A refrigerator was donated by Dan and Paula Hendrickson.

1988: A stain glass picture of “The Good Shepherd” was donated in memory of Christian and Johanne N. Sorensen by their
          grandchildren. The woodcraft was by Nyborg Sorensen. This picture hangs above the altar.

2001 (circa): The kneeling pad at altar was donated by Elva and family in memory of Carl Wade Jensen, Wade Allison Jensen
                        and Albert Alyre Rioux.

Epiphany paraments donated in memory of Mrs. Laura Bach.

Hymn Board donated in memory of Alister Jensen.
